The Villa is immersed in a park surrounded by woods, on the lake, and overwhelmed by beautiful nature, away from indiscreet glances and yet at only 45 minutes from both Malpensa and Linate airports.



The Villa has over a dozen fully furnished bedrooms, all of which could be made available if with sufficient lead. Normally it is leased for 8, in the 4 room (3 bathrooms) main guest quarters, overlooking the lake. This includes the exclusive use of the ground floor, that is: the Hall of Honour, the drawing rooms, dinning room, billiards, terraces, etc. and, of course, the use of the park, the lake, boats (fishing) the private beach, (swimming), boathouses, the stables, (riding), the tennis court, etc.

There are other bedrooms and 2 separate apartments (of 2 and 3 bedrooms) that can be added to the lease of the main lodgings if necessary - These are not rented separately.

           

Services:

If requested, and booked with sufficient notice, service can be made available (cooks, maids, butlers). Caretakers, gardeners, etc. are present on the manor. Catering, music, fire works, and other entertainments, can be made available for receptions, dinners, balls, weddings etc. The offices of the Villa are fitted with computers, printers, faxes, photo-copiers, and, if requested, secretarial assistance.

Activities:

Swimming, rowing, surfing, etc. on the beautiful private lake (no motor boats on the lake).
Tennis, riding and jumping in the park or in the beautiful woods all around the property. (Stables and tennis court on the property) Golf at Villa d'Este Golf club which is contiguous to the property. Walking distance and private access.

Lessons:

Golf lessons and practice can be made available in the park, and of course at the adjacent Villa d'Este Golf Club (10 minutes on foot).
Tennis, horseback ridding, jumping, rowing, swimming etc. lessons can be provided on the property. (booking is essential). There are also various very good riding schools in the neighbourhood.
Italian-cooking lessons, music and dancing etc. lessons could be made available if booked with sufficient notice.
